Rawon is an Indonesian beef soup. Originating from Surabaya, East Java, rawon utilizes the black keluak nut as the main seasoning, which gives a dark color and nutty flavor to the soup.

Ingredients :  Onion, Chilli, Garlic,Pangium edule, Spices , Tamarind,Lemongrass, Galangal, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate,Sugar and Oil.

HAWABEE MEE GORENG PASTE ( FRIED NOODLE SAMBAL PASTE )

Cooking Instruction (250 Gram):

Boil 500g of Cut Beef till tender.Mix Paste with 600ml of Beef stock and serve
